Master sushi and Chef Yama Sun presents his personal and local interpretation to the traditional Japanese street food, delivered specially for the Israeli clientele. Growing up in South Japan and training in New York’s finest sushi restaurants, Chef Yama created a menu that brings three worlds together and a unique and interesting dining experience.
